  • Overview

    As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the “go to" person for the office, assisting with projects that impact the business. You will use Quickbooks, Excel and other office suites to enhance financial and administrative management for the business. This is a strategic organizational role where you will help the office run smoothly and gain an understanding of the business priorities.



    • May assist in handling personnel or payroll functions, actions, forms and records.
    • May assist in handling and tracking of financial matters, including development or maintenance of the department budget, revenue, expenses or other funding sources.
    • May assist in performing accounts payable or accounts receivable functions.
    • Uses a personal computer and a variety of office software applications including word processing, email, and file management. Creates or maintains files in Excel. May use Access or other databases.
    • Operates other office equipment such as printers, copy machines, fax machines. May serve as liaison with service and vendor personnel.
    • Respond to emails and incoming phone calls.
    • Various office and administrative duties, backup company receptionist, post office or bank runs.
    • Be familiar with HIPAA regulations and abide by them.
    • Perform other duties as required by circumstances


    High School diploma or higher with prior office experience.  Valid Drivers License.  Must have no substantiated findings on the NC Health Care Personnel Registry or Criminal Records Check.

    Must have a valid NC Driver's License.


    Must have had at least 8 years of driving experience, as this is a requirement of company's liability insurance carrier.
